Neighborhood Centers

OACAC Neighborhood Centers are “the point of entry” for those in need of services. After making an appointment at one of our Centers, a Family Resource Specialist will meet with you and discuss your situation and refer you to the OACAC community programs that can help.

Assistance is available for emergency and non-emergency needs. Income-eligibility and conditions apply.

As a non-profit organization, OACAC relies on grants, donations and federal and state funding. Some services may not be offered at all times, depending on available funds.

Neighborhood Center Services

The following services are offered through our Neighborhood Centers:
• Family Support • Emergency Assistance
• Targeted Coaching • School Readiness Fairs
• Workshops • Community Projects

OACAC is now accepting applications for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP).  Click here for more information.

Targeted Coaching
This short term program empowers you to address barriers that may be getting in the way of self-sufficiency. While in the program you will work one-on-one with a Family Resource Specialist to identify goals and utilize your strengths to overcome obstacles.
